The Parameters Plan and Green Infrastructure Mitigation Plan show the ‘fixed’ elements of
the outline proposal, including points of access, development parcels and structural landscaping.
The Illustrative Masterplan and Landscape Strategy show how the site could be developed
within the framework established by the Parameters and Green Infrastructure Mitigation Plans.
Two options are presented, Option 1 showing the maximum floorspace proposed,
and Option 2 should a slightly reduced floorspace which allows for “cross-docked”
logistics facilities.
